Creed Was Awesome

Well I'm a little late, but hey it's okay. The Creed concert was a blast, but I was a little disappointed with the sound crew when Theory of a Deadman was on. Theory is one of my favorite bands, love the cd's, but Tyler Gibson was screwed on this day. I can understand the business, you never want the opening act to out perform or sound better than the headliner, but on this day, they really stuck it to Theory. You could hear him sign. When the music wasn't going, you could here him fine, but when they were rocking out, his voice was cut out, which really disappointed me.

Then Creed came out and what do you know, Scott's voice rang out perfectly, clearly, you could hear the words when he sang, funny how that works.

Overall, Creed did put on one hell of a show, the stage setting was freaking awesome, and they rocked out the place like they normally do. There was only one issue that I recognized, the speakers on the left part of the stage was overly loud, which drowned out a lot of Mark Tremonti's solos.

Other than that, it was awesome, plus meeting the drummer and having Mark get a picture with my daughter, it couldn't of been a better night......

What about the New Creed?

Okay here I am ticket in hands and ready for the Creed and Theory of a Deadman concert on July 30th at the Soaring Eagle Casino. I have had the opportunity to see Creed once before when their Weathered Album and frankly was one of the best shows I've ever seen. I loved the sound and the lighting they seemed to work in perfect harmony and the crowd was virtually amazing and added to the already great show.

Now what I am hearing is that their show now is even better than before. Which makes me a little excited, but after listening to their new CD, I'm a little lost on their direction. I like a few songs on the new CD, but the others, it just doesn't fit Matt's Style, Regardless I'm love the Song Overcome, can't wait to see it live.

So what do you think, should they of stay separated or is this a blessing with some powerful years of new creed music a head of us.

Silly Bandz Fun Shaped Rubber Bandz

I never though I would see this day. I'm still in shock over what I have been introduced too and still I'm having a hard time understanding why? If you have been paying attention to the latest product trends, or perhaps paying attention to your kids, you may have heard about this silly fun shaped rubber bands bracelets that are the latest craze in the United States, so much so that parents were actually fighting over them in stores as they start to run out of stock of them.

Spring Baby - Finally a feeling of warmth

I love it, finally the warm weather is a blessing and I think spring has finally arrived, or has it? I know how this works, we get a glimpse of it then a rude freaking awakening happens, 6 inches of snow, and o yeah, the cold comes back.

Then I find myself sniffing and hacking, a cold from hell. This is the way it always plays out, and this is when I get sick the most. Mother nature seems to like playing games this time of year. We never know what will happen next, but at least, I don't have to deal with the floods like they are in the east.

I feel depressed. I cannot understand how they feel and how it feels to lose everything you ever worked for from something that is out of your hands. Floods are pretty damaging, I just feel lucky that my family and I don't have to put up with it.

My thoughts and prayers are out to those who are dealing with this problem...I hope everything comes out okay....

Bored - Tired - WTF! - As seen on TV Window Shopping

Monday's are always a Bitch! It's that simple, after the long weekend, going to sleep on Sunday Night just doesn't happen, which makes Monday a virtual hell. It's 3:23 PM and I am here at work,tired as all hell, and I am fighting everything I have to keep my freaking eyes open. Why do I continue to put myself in this situation?

So I've got all of my work done for the day and I'm really just messing around online trying to figure out something to keep me occupied for the last remaining few hours, which obviously matters because If I don't find something soon, I'll be snoring in no time, which is not good.

Taking that very seriously I'm doing a little window shopping, but then I found this as seen on TV products site, thought to myself, wonder what kind of stuff they have out now, then I came across it, I couldn't help to laugh, you have to be freaking kidding me.....The Shake Weight had me rolling, guess it will be enough to keep me away, but I'm lucky as hell I didn't get wrote up.

Halloween Costumes - 2010 Halloween

Okay call me a geek, or maybe a freak, it's okay, I am kind of use to it by now. What may seem weird to you, may seem normal to me. I admit it, one of my favorite times of the year is of course Halloween. This was not always the case, but as I got older, I got to experience the finer things about the day of the dead. For example, Haunted Houses, which has become one of my favorite attractions. I just simply loved to get the shit scared out of me, I don't know why, it's just something that really gets me hyped up.

Nothing can get the blood flowing like fear and the eliminate of surprise,which of course Haunted Houses always seem to do for me. I'm not talking about the low dollar local haunted house, although some of them can be very surprising, I'm talking about the high dollar scare feast that has taken over this country over the years. Now these are a special kind of scare, which always seem to amaze me.

Another thing that I love, for a few days a year, I get to put on the ole' Halloween costumes and represent something that interests me. Every year the idea and my interests sway, which causes for a big concern each and every Halloween. This is why of course, I'm always looking for ideas on what Halloween costume I'll be dawning the following Halloween.

Halloween Parties of course are why I even attempt to dress up. Of course if it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't even bother, but it's fun, it can be pretty amazing, and hell I think Halloween Parties are the bomb.

Where else can you see a room filled with hilarious, scary, absurd, and sexy costumes all at one time, only on Halloween. It always turns out to be an exciting evening, which represents some planning time. To offer a good themed Halloween party and to arrive at a Halloween Party dawning the Best Halloween costume takes some serious though, looking, and of course some time to assemble.

So here I am rambling about Halloween already, which shouldn't be much of a surprise, even though Spring is upon us, I'm still a Halloween freak at heart. And Yes I'm already trying to get ideas on my 2010 Halloween Costumes.

Life Can Be Harsh

It's amazing how things happen and how they turn out. Sometimes this is bad, while other times it can be frustrating and hurts too damn bad, but in all, this is why life is so amazing.

One day we may be having the times of our lives, while the next day tragedy may happen, but what we do to counter this is the true beauty of being a human being. It's sad that life has to be filled with sorrow and pain, but it is what it is, a part of life and the growing pains we all have.

It can be a struggle that is met with dead ends, but in the end the better things in life are truly the one's we live for. Love and hate, one of the two important aspects of life that we must relish, even when it seems to hurt the most.

Keeping your head up with your eye into the future as hope is always the driving force for better days. Keep your head up your time will come.

Avatar 3D is a winner with me

This film kind of slipped up on me. Avatar, I had only known about it for only a month and lucky for me I had the opportunity to go see it in the theater before it had run it's course. I was so lucky, that I actually seen it twice, once as a normal screening and another time in 3D.

The first time I watched Avatar on the Normal Screening, I was blown away, It was in my opinion one of the best visual films I ever scene, and I personally thought the storyline, even though as far fetched as it may be, was pretty decent. I was really amazed at the detail spent putting this film together.

Even though I though it was a fantastic film, when I saw it in 3D, I was amazed even more. It was exceptional, the effects, the landscape came to life, and made the film even more personal, almost making you feel that you were there.

I'm not a film critic or claim to be, I just wanted to ramble about the Avatar movie because it really got my attention. I do not do this often, but this Movie deserves a word, Great job.

Now I'm interested to see what Halloween Costumes will be made because of the film, I'm already thinking about wearing an Avatar Halloween Costume for Halloween next year, what you think?

Dreamie, Now I've seen it all

I'm sure you have heard about Snuggles, really who hasn't. Now every store I go into I usually will find a shelf full of these backwards robes, at least that's the way I look at them. Would I ever own one? No, do I think they are a waste of money and everyone is just buying into the hype? Yes I do. Really I think the Dudes and the Dudettes behind the "Snuggie" product are freaking geniuses and this really shows how gullible people really are.I know you probably know someone who has bought the snuggie and just simply loves it right? Okay, but I'll keep my true words hidden for now:)

Anyways I thought the Snuggie was the tip of the iceberg, but I was Wrong, now I see that someone else has just come up with a product that is similarly ridicules and probably will end up making the manufacturers of the product a ton of freaking money.

The Original Dreamie - Okay now I have seen it all. It is virtually two sheets and a pillow case all sewed together like a sleeping bag. Really Do I have to go any further?
